Built on an old Dairy Farm, the cottage opens onto a spacious panelled hallway with our Dairy Cow picture greeting you. Luxury vinyl oak floors run throughout the ground floor, past the beautifully styled taupe shaker kitchen — with oak worktops, double oven and a Nespresso drinks station — and into the lounge, where two grey sofas and navy velvet armchairs sit beneath a modern circular electric stove. From here, double doors lead to the private south-west facing garden and views over the North Yorkshire countryside.

Main Bedroom

King-size bed with plush grey velvet headboard and super 1000 pocket-sprung mattress. Pale grey wardrobe and chest of drawers. Double doors open onto a balcony with views over the countryside and Sneaton Castle to your right. En-suite shower room attached.

1st floor, front — Super King

Bedroom Two

Super-king bed with 1000 pocket-sprung mattress and complimentary pale grey furniture. Next to the main family bathroom. Ceiling fan for warm evenings.

Top floor, front — Twin / Super King

Bedroom Three

Two quality single beds that join to form a super-king. Single futon suitable for a child or smaller adult. Front window with a glimpse of the Abbey and a peek of the sea.

Top floor, rear — Twin / Super King

Bedroom Four

Two quality single beds that join to form a super-king, with headboards, chest of drawers and hanging space. A further single futon for an extra child.
